As Bob continues his journey back to full strength, he's integrating a series of sciatica stretching exercises into his daily routine, alongside 30 crunches, 30 push-ups, and 30 leg lifts.
These exercises are helping him regain mobility and prepare for more intense training sessions.
Here's a snapshot of Bob's recent training progress:
First Training Session (One month after the April 25th crash)
May 27th: Despite some discomfort, Bob completed 450 meters in 6.08 minutes, moving at 4.9 kph. His average heart rate was 109 bpm, maxing out at 122 bpm.
June 15th:
Bob achieved a significant milestone, covering 2.26 km in 24.59 minutes, with a moving speed of 5.61 kph. His heart rate averaged 111 bpm, reaching a maximum of 137 bpm.
June 22nd:
Bob pushed even further, completing 2.37 km in just 22.52 minutes, moving at an impressive speed of 6.3 kph. His heart rate stayed steady at 109 bpm, peaking at 137 bpm.
