Just participated in my 38th race at the St. Lawrence Marathon in Cornwall! It was quite the journey, filled with highs and a few unexpected twists. Despite facing some challenges with steep terrain and unexpected accelerations, I powered through with determination and grit.

Exciting Update from Bob Hardy!
However, unfortunately, the race took an unexpected turn when I had a crash at 9.8km, just 200 meters from the finish line. Despite not completing the race, I'm staying positive and focused on my upcoming events. It's all part of the journey, and I'm committed to fighting on and pushing forward.
