Bob is excited to share that he has fully recovered from his annual health challenges and will kick off 2025 training on January 1st with a relaxed 5-km session.

His 2024 ended with a festive 5-km Santa Shuffle in Ottawa (check out his CTV National News interview!), and now he is looking ahead to an incredible 2025 under the theme “Getting older, going faster.”
- May 16th: 10-km at the Longueuil Marathon with his friend Muriel, racing as 'Team Trionic'.
- May 25th: Ottawa Race Weekend—his first since 2023 and his 25th anniversary fundraising for Little Angels Blood Cancer Fund.
- August 17-24: World Transplant Games in Dresden, Germany, aiming for the 5-km race walk and more.
